For those who engage in sports, <strong>lavender oil<\/strong> offers an additional advantage: massaging the body with <strong>lavender oil<\/strong> before and after training successfully <strong>prevents strains and muscle inflammation<\/strong>. Thanks to its refreshing fragrance and healing properties, <strong>lavender<\/strong> has been used in many ways for centuries. Even in ancient times, Roman women applied creams that smelled of lavender. In the 19th century, the enthusiasm for the blue flowers in England peaked: affluent ladies perfumed themselves with lavender-scented waters, and love letters were written with ink that spread the fragrance of this plant. In recent years, this aromatic plant, as a giver of fragrance and a natural healing agent, has been on the rise again.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a handful of flowers from fresh or dried <strong>lavender<\/strong> stems and place them in a container.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/2 liter of olive oil or sweet almond oil and let the mixture sit for three days in a warm and sunny place.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into a bottle through a coffee filter.
