It is healthy and medicinal because it reduces stress, helps prevent heart diseases, strengthens the immune system, acts as an antidepressant, and serves as an aphrodisiac.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate is the best-known antioxidant and one of the richest sources of magnesium. It helps prevent heart diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
