Proper liver function is crucial for maintaining good health. An improperly functioning liver is often the hidden cause of many diseases. One of the most common causes of improper liver function is the well-known liver stone. Another cause is parasites that frequently attack the liver. It’s easy to cleanse the liver of stones naturally with olive oil and grapefruit juice. Liver cleansing will take 2 days. It is recommended to do a liver cleanse alongside the anti-parasite program<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Three days before the liver cleanse, drink 1 liter of freshly squeezed apple juice daily. Additionally, before the liver cleanse, it is necessary to cleanse the intestines (enema).<\/p>\n

For liver cleansing, you will need:

\nBitter salt (Epsom salt) 4 tablespoons
\nOlive oil 1\/2 cup (1.5 dl) \u2013 use light oil for easier consumption
\nFresh red grapefruit 1 large or 2 small \u2013 enough to squeeze 2\/3 – 3\/4 cup juice (2 dl)
\nChoose two free days for the liver cleanse. On the day of the liver cleanse, do not take any medications, vitamins, or capsules unless absolutely necessary. Timing is very important for success. Do not be more than 10-15 minutes early or late.<\/p>\n

\nTime Action
\nMorning Eat a fat-free breakfast: fruit, cereals, bread, honey. Do not consume any fats: oil, butter, cheese, cream, or milk.
\nNoon Eat a fat-free lunch: baked or steamed potatoes and other vegetables (with salt, but no oil), bread, fruit. Do not eat any fats as with breakfast. Drink plenty of water, as after 14:00 you should not drink anything.
\n14:00 Do not eat or drink after 14:00. If you break this rule, you may feel unwell later.
\nAfter 14:00 Mix 4 tablespoons of bitter salt with 6 dl of water. Divide this into 4 parts. You can refrigerate the bitter salt mixture for easier consumption.
\n16:00 Drink a quarter (1\/4 cup) of the bitter salt mixture. Afterward, you can rinse your mouth or drink a few sips of water. Place the olive oil and grapefruit on a table to warm to room temperature.
\n20:00 Drink another dose of the bitter salt mixture \u2013 2\/4 cup.
\n21:30 Finish all activities and prepare for bed.
\n21:45 Prepare the liver cleanse mixture: – Squeeze the grapefruit by hand. Remove the pulp and seeds with a fork. You need at least 1\/2 cup of juice \u2013 up to 3\/4 cup is best. If you don’t have enough grapefruit, you can add lemon juice. – Pour half a cup of olive oil into a container with a lid. Add the grapefruit juice. Firmly close the container and shake it until the mixture becomes watery (only fresh grapefruit will do this). If necessary, visit the bathroom once or more, even if you are late for your 22:00 drink. Do not be more than 15 minutes late.
\n22:00 Now you need to drink the mixture you prepared (olive oil and grapefruit). Drink the mixture standing up, within 5 minutes (15 minutes for weak and older people). After drinking the mixture, lie down immediately. If you do not lie down, you can prevent the stones from coming out. Lie on your back with your head elevated on a pillow or on your left side. It would be good to place a warm heating pad on the liver area. Try to remain completely still for at least 20 minutes. Think about what is happening in your liver now. You may feel the stones traveling through your ducts like marbles. You will not feel any pain because, thanks to the bitter salt, the ducts are open. Try to sleep. During the night, lie as much as possible on your left side. Do not get out of bed.
\nNext morning (after 6:00) After getting up (not before 6:00), drink the third dose (3\/4 cup) of the bitter salt mixture. If you feel nauseous, wait for it to pass and then drink the bitter salt. Go back to bed.
\n2 hours later Drink the last dose of bitter salt mixture (4\/4 cup). Go back to bed.
\n2 hours later You can eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later, eat some fruit. An hour later, you can eat light food. By dinner, you should feel recovered.
