Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is often associated with circus performances and mystical events, but it is actually a completely natural state of consciousness that each of us enters multiple times a day.
Imagine this situation: you’re driving a car, but later you don’t remember every steering movement or turn signal. Or you’re doing something “on autopilot.” That is a mild hypnotic state – while your subconscious continues to control the driving or some automated action, your conscious mind is focused on something else.
A similar thing happens when you’re watching a movie or reading a book with such focus that you completely “shut off” awareness of your surroundings and external stimuli. That is exactly the description of hypnosis in its most ordinary and common form.

What is hypnosis?

The word “hypnosis” comes from the Greek wordhypnos(sleep), but hypnosis itself is not sleep at all. It is a state of focused awareness, deep relaxation, or meditation guided by a therapist.
In therapy, hypnosis allows a person to relax, focus on inner processes, and accept affirmative suggestions to initiate and encourage positive change. It is crucial to emphasize that during hypnosis, you are always in control, and the hypnotherapist merely guides the experience and cannot make you do anything against your will.

Applications of hypnosis

Although it is often used for entertainment on stage (e.g., people who believe they have turned into a chicken or that they are in love with a chair), the real power of hypnosis lies in therapy.
Its goal is to reprogram the subconscious in order to eliminate fears, phobias, stress, or habits like smoking, and various other difficulties. For example, someone who consciously wants to overcome a fear of flying may not succeed until their subconscious accepts that change.

How does hypnotherapy work?

During hypnosis, the analytical part of the brain (left side) temporarily quiets down, while the creative and intuitive part (right side) activates.
This opens access to the subconscious – the part that controls instincts and deeply rooted beliefs.
Through suggestions, the therapist helps the client change behavior patterns, reduce pain, or resolve emotional blocks.
In a state of relaxation, the body slows its metabolism, lowers heart rate, and consciousness becomes more open to positive change.

Hypnosis in everyday life

As previously mentioned, we experience hypnotic states daily – like when you drive on “autopilot” to a destination, lose track of time watching a series, or get so lost in thought that you don’t hear someone talking to you.
This isn’t magic – it’s a natural ability of the human mind to focus and reshape itself.
Hypnotherapy, as a form of psychotherapy, uses this natural power to help people find inner peace, build confidence, or overcome past traumas.

Interesting facts about hypnosis:
– Hypnosis was officially recognized by the American Medical Association in 1958.
– It is a safe state – no one has ever been harmed by hypnosis (mentally or physically).
– It is impossible to get “stuck” in hypnosis – the worst that can happen is that you fall asleep.
– Hypnosis is not mind control, but cooperation between the therapist and the client.

Personalizirane hipnoterapije

If you would like personalized hypnotherapy (which is more effective) that you can listen to in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you feel calm, safe, and relaxed, you need to fill out a questionnaire that I will send you once you contact me and describe your issue.

That way, through self-hypnosis, you can resolve many aspects of your life that you’re not satisfied with:

  • the desire to quit smoking
  • weight control
  • self-confidence
  • help with chronic pain
  • dealing with stress and anxiety
  • digestive issues
  • a combination of the above mentioned problems…

Once you fill out the questionnaire and return it to me via email, within a maximum of three days, I will prepare and record a hypnotherapy session (or sessions – depending on the issue) just for you, with all the key elements from the questionnaire you completed.

Then, I will send you the first link to download a part of the hypnotherapy session in the form of an MP3 file (so you can hear what it sounds like before making payment).

Next, you will make a payment for the personalized recording to my business IBAN (you can find the price list on my website: https://bioenergijalenac.hr/cjenik/).

Once the payment is processed by the bank, I will send you the second link with the complete personalized hypnotherapy session and instructions on how and how often to listen to the recording so that self-hypnosis can help with the issue that troubles you.

If you or someone you know would like more about hypnotherapy or energy therapy feel free to contact me.
