A guide to treating sinusitis

First of all, take three Aspirin.
Then lie down so that your head hangs over the edge of the bed or another support.
Apply a solution of table salt (one and a half tablespoons of table salt dissolved in warm water), or boiled seawater, and thoroughly fill the nostril on the side where your cheek or forehead hurts (you can also use other nasal drops).
Now turn the affected side towards the floor and drop another half dropper. This will allow the liquid to penetrate the affected sinuses where it will do its job.
Then raise your head and stay lying down, with the affected side towards the ceiling, and place a small hot water bottle on the painful area, making sure not to burn yourself. Keep it there for about half an hour. Nap or sleep if you can. All of this will help to remove the mucus accumulated in your sinuses. You may feel the mucus collecting at the back of your throat. That is good, it means your sinuses are clearing. Once this process is complete, the discomfort and pain will disappear.
Painful and inflamed sinuses are very effectively healed with bioenergy. Bioenergy helps reduce the frequency of such conditions to the minimum possible.
