One of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health is to perform a set of exercises known as the 5 Tibetans every morning or evening. This will balance the energies in your body and stimulate healing on all levels. Below, I present a video that shows how to correctly perform these five simple yet health-beneficial exercises.
