Olive oil and dried figs for the treatment of gastritis

Olive oil and dried figs are invaluable natural remedies, often referred to as “dry gold.” This traditional remedy has been known to coastal dwellers for ages. Experience shows that the combination of figs and olive oil helps with: infertility, hemorrhoids, intestinal diseases, anemia, constipation, high cholesterol, bronchitis, asthma, etc. Figs in olive oil are the best remedy for stomach bacteria and ulcers. In general, figs are very medicinal when combined with olive oil for various stomach ailments.
This medicinal combination is prepared as follows: Soak 40 dried figs in one liter of olive oil in a glass jar (let it sit for 40 days). After that, take one fig every day before any meal (on an empty stomach). If someone cannot consume figs this way, they can take one tablespoon of olive oil, followed by one dried fig. This is a proven recipe that definitely alleviates ailments (and can even eliminate them permanently).
Dried figs contain much more energy, proteins, fats, sugars, and minerals than fresh figs. Always store them in a cool and dark place. Dried figs are an excellent source of minerals such as calcium, copper, potassium, manganese, iron, selenium, and zinc. 100 grams of dried figs contain 640 mg of potassium, 162 mg of calcium, and 2.03 mg of iron. Potassium is an important component of cells and body fluids and helps control heart function and blood pressure. Copper is essential for the production of red blood cells. Iron is necessary for the formation of erythrocytes in the blood.
Olive oil contains monounsaturated fats (a healthier type of fat) that can reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering overall blood cholesterol. Olive oil contains vitamins A, D, K, and E, which help fight free radicals and cell oxidation.
Olive oil is one of the foods that most significantly prevent the onset of malignant diseases (along with fresh fruits and vegetables). It has been proven that a diet rich in olive oil reduces the number of malignant tumors in the colon, breast, and skin.
Due to the healthy fats it contains, olive oil is included in the list of foods recommended by cardiologists worldwide for the prevention and reduction of existing high blood pressure. It has been shown that patients who consume olive oil daily eventually no longer need medications they previously took as part of internal therapy.
Neurologists, on the other hand, recommend olive oil for its beneficial effects on the brain’s vascular system (it reduces the occurrence of atherosclerotic changes, thus decreasing the likelihood of developing Alzheimer’s disease in old age).
It also speeds up and enhances the secretion of bile and pancreatic hormones, thereby preventing the formation of gallstones in the gallbladder and bile ducts. And finally, olive oil is delicious!
For stomach problems, to make healing as effective as possible, you should align your diet with the treatment. Eat mild cooked food without too many spices, especially hot and peppery ones. Avoid acidic foods. Avoid fatty meats, especially cured meat products. Prepare your food with olive oil, which is natural and unprocessed.
For stomach issues, high blood pressure, asthma, and other aforementioned disorders, I also recommend bioenergy treatments.
