Gout

The essential diet for gout is the same as for arthritis – a diet low in uric acid and purines. Potassium-rich foods have a protective effect against gout: potatoes, bananas, green leafy vegetables, beans, and fresh vegetable juices. Avoid foods that create purines and uric acid: all meats, eggs, fish, and milk. Animal glands are especially harmful. Fresh goat’s milk is particularly effective, especially sour goat’s milk. Avoid salt. Avoid wheat except for wheat sprouts. Peas should also be avoided.
Cherries and strawberries are especially important for those suffering from gout, particularly if eaten fresh, although canned or in juice form are also effective. Just ensure they are reliably canned without sugar. Cherries have an exceptional ability to alkalize the system and neutralize uric acid. Eat them in large quantities, especially in season, preferably on an empty stomach between meals. Sour varieties are the best. Apply comfrey ointment to painful areas.
For extremely painful conditions, I recommend bioenergy therapy, which eases and stops symptoms after just one treatment.
