Help with joint injuries (blows, sprains, dislocations, strains…)

In case of sports or any other joint injuries, as long as there are no fractures or serious physical damage to the tissue in and around the joint, it’s best to massage the injured area with ice. Here’s how:

Fill a yogurt cup with water, place a spoon in the middle, and freeze it.

The spoon will serve as a handle to hold the ice once it’s removed from the cup.

Massage the injured area in the direction away from the heart several times a day using the ice.

Egg White Compress
For a quick recovery, it is also essential to make an egg white compress. The amount you need depends on the size of the injured area, but typically three egg whites are sufficient. Here’s how to do it:

Slightly beat the egg whites in a bowl (they should remain in a liquid state; do not whip them into foam).

Soak a cotton cloth well in the egg whites and wrap it around the joint.

Wrap a dry bandage or cloth around the egg-white-soaked cloth, and rest your leg in an elevated position while you sleep.

By the next morning, you should notice significant improvement. Repeat this process for the first two to three nights.
